Can a creditor report you a second time for a charge off account?
If you got a bad credit report for a charge off account but the statue of limitations can not be applied because you decided to pay them a monthly amount, can they report you to the credit bureau agency again even if they reported this account as an unrecoverable one 6 ½ years ago?
According to the credit report agency that bad credit account should not be part anymore of my credit history in about 6 months but I would like to know if they can report the same account as an unrecoverable for a second time?
