How do I delete a default on my credit file?
I live in the UK and am having trouble accessing credit, and I got my credit report and have a lack of existence with a finance company and he said the day the defect was March 31, 2004, then it is said that the default payment date is December 4, 2006, so that means that failure is no longer valid? And if so how do I get this off?
you must send a letter to the company credit reporting company and that has ACCT on your credit asking to be removed from your report. Should take 60 days.
