Unfair report to UK credit company?
Is it possible to do something about an unfair report to a UK credit reporting agency?
I was a member of a gym and cancelled my membership. However, the gym kept charging me, so I did a credit card chargeback. Now they still want the money, even though they know they aren’t entitled to it.
You cancelled but were you legally allowed to do so?
What does your contract say? You may not be able to just up and do so just b/c you want to .
