I have a judgment for 1800 on my credit report form about 7-9 years ago that had been payef in a chapter 13?
the chapter 13 has been discharged for about 5years bout this judgment is still ther.i have tryed to get it removed but no luck.what should i do.
chapter 13 is repayment ~ chapter 7 is total wipe out
so if you filed chapter 13 – the judgement can remain there for a long as 10 yrs – right along with the bankruptcy
