Credit Report Fraud Alert?
I recently found out that i have a fraud alert on my credit report through the gas company running my credit. Im 21 yrs old and have never had a credit card or credit history. What would be the reason the fraud alert would be on my credit report if i never ordered it to be put on my credit report? Would the fraud alert also be the reason everytime i apply for credit somewhere i would get denied? Thanks
