AnnualCreditReport.com is the site mandated by the FTC to access your credit report online at all three credit bureaus. It is the only site that does not require you to sign up for monitoring services.
FreeCreditReport.com is not free. You have to sign up for their monitoring services and they do not make it easy to terminate before the trial period.
