credit report hold
I have been approved for a loan but the hold up is my credit report. What does this mean?
I went thru the pre-approval, now my broker is telling me that I am approved, but their waiting on my credit report to come back what does this mean? Am I actually approved or can they disapprove it?
you are and are not approved yet they need to look over your credit report to make a final approval they must or may see something that they are not clear on so the will request a full credit report for the places to look it over all you can do is ait back and do wait game and see what happens
