credit report how to read
I really do not understand how to read my credit report. Are there non-profit or government help out there?
I a couple of school loans. However, I have about ten entries from different companies on my report on the collection of these two loans from the school. I do not receive mail from the company because of my movements. I do not know who I contact to start repaying them. Are you using a credit or free advice there? I have those credit reports already! I need help to fix my credit because I do not know whom to contact. It is a government school loan. I really do not think I can get away with the "rule of 7 years. They already took my tax return for me this year.
Here is a Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS) site http://www.nfcc.org/. They are a non-profit boards. It appears that your loans have been passed around several collection agencies. Want to start May with the original creditor and see if they have further debt or not. Sometimes collection agencies are agents and that they sometimes buy bad loans.
