Where could a landlord get a free credit report on a possible renter?
My parents own some rental property and have had a number of issues with bounced rent checks and bad renters. Is there a place they can go to get a credit report on rental applicants at no cost?
I pay a title company, 20 bucks a pop, I require it up front with the the application.
