If you google credit report dispute letter, you will get several form letters you just fill in the blanks. Basically you put the reporting agency at the top and sign the bottom.
You want to send one to all three of the major reporters, Equifax, Esperian, and TransUnion.
VERY IMPORTANT:
If you do not agree with their findings, repeat! Do not give up!
