If you have a load off your credit report, can be sold and the time to start over?
I have a load off my credit report, and he is about to be 7 years. The company recently sold the account. Does the home 7 years over?
It does. That's happened before and it was sold to a collector, then after 6 months as they have sold to someone else and they sent me a letter stating that it would be on my credit for 7 years! I just disputed with the credit bureau and really deleted! I do not think they would be since he was a legitimate charge, but the second company couldnt prove the debt.
