Landlord can condition the negative on my credit report?
I'm out of my lease for financial reasons, I sent two letters to my landlord and she never responded. I called last night and left a messege. My lease states I must ask in writing if I terminate my lease. I guess I ignored it. However, I must move or I'll pay the rent late for the next 4 month. I 6 months on my lease, I was wondering if she will report it on my credit report. If so the standard report as TransUnion, Experian
Yes it can notify you if you fail to pay the rent. Most of the time if you ask on the lease, you pay the rent until the home is rented and the cost of advertising to attract potential tenants.
