will be a new investigation into the effect of my credit report closing us on our home?
We are ready to close this week I wonder if they pull my report again and there is a new survey it could cost us our loan. It is an FHA loan do not know if what account or not
It may and it may not. It really depends on what the investigation was for. If it was for a mortgage, they assume (or will obtain documentation from you) to prove that this is not an additional loan. If it's for a credit card, it will not be a welcome be very nervous and want proof that you really did not buy this product. Banks are more conservative these days and chances are that you'll need explain this before your closing. good luck!
