Creditor reported an account to Experian but they only report to Equifax how to fix this problem ?
I have an judgment on my credit report from 2005 (experian, equifax, and trans union), I went though a credit repair program and got it removed from Equifax and Transunion but the item still remains on Experian I was wondering are there any sample letters I could use to correct this problem . I’ve conatced Experian and Federal Trades Commision were not helpful . I want to contact the creditor directly but buy me having the account removed off of Equifax (where they report) I dont want them to put it back on there . Im just trying to get it removed from Experian . Is that some kind of violation againgst Consumer Rights ? How can I correct this problem without having to go through a lawyer or go through another credit repair program ?
Go back to the company you used and ask for their help, you obviously did not get the service you paid for.
