Where can I get have credit reports run for free on my tenants?
I have an application form from 2 tenants for a prop I will be renting out. I have their SSNs and signed consent to run the credit checks. Where can I get it done for FREE?
Please do NOT sugget contacting my local realtor to do this for me. I know that already. But that means paying money. I am asking of some service that will perform this for free. Help!
You can’t get the service for free…but you CAN pass the cost on to the people you’re running the credit check on. Charge them for it and offset the cost.
