Is it legal to open personal bank account in another country like Canada, or Mexico?
And if you do, is it going to appear in your Credit Report form Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian?
And if does can the American Government or Judgments put hand on it?
Is it punishable to open a bank account in Canada even if you report the income tax?

You can open a bank account in any country you wish. Bank accounts are not reported to credit bureaus. When you borrow from someone, they will report how well you pay back a loan to the credit bureaus – banks do not report that you have an account with them to credit bureaus. They will report if you borrow from them. If you are looking to hide money from judgements etc, suggest you look into an account in the Cayman Islands. Again – it would not be illegal to open an account in Canada.
